Prep Time : 30 Minutes
Cook Time : 6 to 10 Hours
Ingredients :
2 carrots, chopped medium
2 celery stalks, chopped medium
1 medium onion, chopped medium
8 garlic cloves, smashed
3.5 lb of beef bones
Bay leaves 2 to 3
Sea salt
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
water
Directions :
Place the Vegetables at the bottom of the pot of the slow cooker.
Place the bones at the top,
Mix the bay leaves in with the bones, if possible placing some in the center
Pour Vinegar on the bones.
Add water up to the top.
Place the slow cooker on Low and leave to cook for 6 to 10 hours
Once it is ready pour the broth through a strainer.
