Cook Time : 1 Hour, 30 Minutes
Ingredients :
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
3 garlic cloves, halved
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder Mild or Hot depending on your preference.
1 Can of Chick Peas
500 grams Diced Chicken
1 cup light coconut milk
1 can diced tomatoes
250 Grams Potatoes
Directions :
1.Cook the chicken with the garlic & chopped onion for a few minutes in a frying pan with oil, until white on the outside.
2. Prepare a pot with all the other ingredients and add a reasonable amount of water – a cup should do.
3. Put the chicken and the remaining ingredients into the pot.
4. Cook on low heat for about 1 hour or until potatoes are nice and soft.
